Janice Odorizzi joined
our staff in 1962. She is Ralph Froehling's legal assistant. She meets
with clients, reviews their
situation and gathers information. Her primary emphasis is estate planning
matters and preparing the required documents, such as wills, trust,
and
powers of attorney. Janice is also one of two on our staff who prepare
income tax returns. |

Susan
Bacon joined our staff in 1991, following completion of a 2-year program
at Spoon River College
where she ranked first in her class. She is Ron Weber's legal assistant.
Susan meets with clients, reviews their situation, and gathers information.
Her primary emphasis is assisting clients with estate planning and
in the
preparation of trusts, wills and powers of attorney. When clients have
matters which come before a Judge, Susan assists Ron with case management,
court
scheduling and preparation of pleadings. She is one of two on our staff
who prepare income tax returns, and also shares responsibilities in
our
accounting department.
Susan enjoys the personal contact with the clients and
is willing to take the time to assist them with their legal needs. |

Geneva Jensen-Dagit joined
our staff in February, 1998. She is Mike Evans' legal assistant. Geneva
was a legal assistant in Peoria for 8 years prior to coming to Canton. She
has extensive experience in corporate and litigation matters, and currently
handles our corporate clients and their day-to-day business needs.
Geneva is also our Office Administrator and Network Administrator.
She coordinates and supports all of our technology needs. She ensures
that we are taking advantage of the newest technology to better serve
our clients, and that our network runs smoothly. |

Dixie Kovachevich joined our staff in
August, 1998. She is our "real estate specialist". Dixie
assists Ron Weber by managing the real estate matters and preparing
documents and title policies,
as well as preparing for real estate closing. Dixie has a strong
background in real estate. She was previously employed with a real estate
agency, and possesses a diverse knowledge of the many types of real estate
transactions. She has also completed real estate classes at Spoon River
College. |

Shirley
Kozelichki has over 30 years’ experience as a legal assistant.
Although she retired in 1999 after working for many years for another
local law firm, she joined our staff in November 2000. She is Ralph
Froehling’s legal assistant during the winter months, while Janice
Odorizzi spends the winter in Florida. Shirley has extensive experience
in many areas of the law, including probate, estate planning, contracts,
civil litigation and appeals. She interacts with clients, assists in
the preparation of documents, and organizes and reviews documents.

Judy Organiscak joined
our firm in November, 2004. She has worked as a legal assistant in
Wisconsin and locally for
43 years.
She is the assistant to Nancy Schell, Nathan Ihnes and Eugene Taylor.
Judy assists in the areas of probate, estate planning and litigation. |

Eileen
Pollitt joined our firm in July, 2007 as our Real Estate Assistant.
She brings many years of customer service experience with her, which
is a great asset to our Firm. Eileen assists
in preparing
closing documents, conducting closings, attending to recordings at
the local courthouses and preparing title policies. |

Misty Shockley joined our firm
in January, 2008 as our receptionist. She has 14 years of customer service
experience. Misty makes greeting clients and answering their calls a
priority. She keeps track of the attorneys' comings and goings, along
with setting appointments. |
