Ralph attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and obtained his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1952. He served in the U.S. Army and was also an associate in a small firm in Chicago. He is a member of the American Bar, Illinois State Bar and Fulton County Bar Associations.
Ralph joined our firm in 1956. His areas of practice are estate planning, preparation of wills and trusts, and probate.
Ron attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and obtained his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1973. He began practicing law thereafter with our firm when it was Froehling & Taylor. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers, Illinois State Bar and Fulton County Bar Associations.
Ron's areas of practice are real estate, general, preparation of wills and trusts, and banking.
Ron is very active
in our community. He is a member of the local Kiwanis Club of Canton
and serves on the Graham Hospital Board.
Mike attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and obtained his J.D. from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1985. He began practicing law thereafter in Peoria, Illinois. He is a member of the American Bar, Illinois State Bar and Fulton County Bar Associations.
Mike joined our firm in 1997. His areas of practice are corporate law, business strategy, and litigation.
Mike is very active in our community. He is involved with the local Rotary Club, Habitat for Humanity and the Central Illinois Agricultural Coalition.
Nancy attended the Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, and obtained her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1994. She began practicing law thereafter in Cincinnati, and later moved to Fulton County, Illinois. Nancy joined our firm in the summer of 2003. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar and Fulton County Bar Associations.
Nancy's areas of practice include contracts, estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, civil litigation and appeals, and corporate law.
Nancy is a member of the Rotary Club
in Farmington, Illinois.
Nathan received his undergraduate degree (A.B.) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2001 and his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2005. Thereafter, he began his practice in Canton in 2005 and joined our firm in the summer of 2007. Nathan is a member of the American Bar, Illinois State Bar and Fulton County Bar Associations.
Nathan's areas of practice include labor and employment law, contracts, and civil litigation.
Of Counsel
Gene received his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois in 1958. He has served on numerous committees of the Illinois State Bar Association and was a charter member of the Academy of Hospital Attorneys. Gene joined our firm in 1962. He served as resident Circuit Judge for Fulton County from 1999 thru 2006. He is currently of counsel to our firm.
